TUITION: Tuition is due on the 20th of each month. Late fees will be added to accounts on the 25th of the month and cards on file will be ran the 30th if account has not been paid. IF you are unable to make a payment or you know you wont be able to make your payment on time please let the front desk know ASAP.
ADD/DROP CLASSES: Parents must submit an add/drop form to the front desk 2 weeks prior to withdrawing from a class. If you do not fill out an add/drop form you will be responsible for monthly tuition until the form has been filled out. There are NO refunds for partial attendance.
MERCHANDISE: A merchandise order form must be filled out if your child needs attire ordered. Merchandise is ordered on the 10th of each month. (plan accordingly as shipping costs are high if we need to rush a shipment) Merchandise will not be ordered until payment is received.
PARENT DAY: Come watch the improvement your children are making at The Rock Academy the first week of every month!! (this does NOT include company choreography classes, please leave siblings at home) Other than this first week of the month we ask that parents please stay in your car during your child's class, take a quick trip to the gas station, grab food or even workout next door!
LOST AND FOUND: The Rock Academy is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Any items left at studio will be left in lost and found bin in the locker room.
